I think I get most of my calories through soda (sprite 6-7 a day)...If I force myself to drink "sprite zero" I'm hoping that will be a signifigant enough change ((840-980 cal.p/day) to kick-start my weight loss. I have kicked the dark cola habit. I also drink ice tea & kool-aid(I use splenda to sweeten those).
