I would like the yoga and to find out what is new to take to help loose the weight. I used to take dexitrime, but I don't know if that is safe at my age. 47.

if you are at the office try doing ab exercises sitting on the edge of the desk. Leaning back slightly raise your legs, alternate leg lifts, raise both knees, alternate lifting knees and twisting your upper body. May be difficult at first but gets easier with time. then after geting used to doing these you may want to add leg weights. Comfortable to do and they are effective
