I am so proud of you! It can be a challange when the people we live with have differnent valus or chioces then ours...yet you can still" be yourself"! I know what is like to lose weight- and most importantly: keep it off! My  I offer you a few of "tricks"? I ALWAYS, ALWAYS eat breakfast...even a bowl of cereal with fruit and milk is a good start to the day. I noticed that I wasn't hungery in the morning...only because I had over eatten before bedtime!!! So, I had a to decied to change some patterns/habits!


I prefer to eat smaller mini -meals rather then the traditional 3 meals a day-  that way I am never too full, and I am never too hungery! I kind of had a fear of being hungery... so mini -meals let me say to myself, "I can have a little now becasue I know I will be having more in just 2 or 3 hours."


If youlook up diet in the dictionary it does NOT say:" a way to starve yourself to lose weight". What is DOES say: what you eat on a regular basis...


May I also suggest that you try mixing your juice with some water...this is the best of both worlds... meaning you have the flavor of your juice AND FEWER CALORIES !  Now that is very fun! And as far as your sweet tooth...decied  BEFORE you hit the candy how many you are going to have. And when you eat them, only eat them when you are REALLY going to let yourself enjoy eating them!!!  There is no point is gobbling up candy AND feeling 'guilty" for eating it!....So really taste it and tell youself, 'This is my treat and reward for all the othr healthy choices I DO make!'


Losing weight is a process that happens one day and one choice at a time...you are so wise  and smart and brave for making the decision to love yourself...no one but you can make this chioce for you. I am so proud of you, and for the way it will so positively effect so many areas of you and your life.  Thanks for being open to change. All my best! LadyBug

my name is Sabah.I am 43 years old
I weigh 80K. i started running 3 months ago but my weight is still the same .I feel better than before because i can walk mare than before but I want to loose weight as well.I started to eat less too.I want to loose some kilos as soon as possible.Thank you for helping me.

Comment about not eating Mayo - You can buy Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil that has 0g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, and only about 1 to 2g of the healthy Polyunsaturated and Saturated fat.

Hello my name is Ciera, I am 14 Years old and soon to be 15 on Sept. 4th....I currently weigh 218.6 Ibs today June 8,2009 I am going to be excercizing everyday and eating right...i want to get to about 150 for now and then work my weight down to bout 125 ish, my biggest problem is my dad is a major sweet eater and i ask him to stop buying so much candy but he wont stop. today i noticed yes i can eat healthy and i did amazing until around 1 or 2 O'clock today then i headed right for all of the sweet foods...Will this program work for me. school starts in the Middle of Aug. and i would love to be very noticably skinnier by that time. i dont drink anything but water, milk, OJ, and occasionally propel or some other type of vitamin water....
