I am uzma My weight is 72 kg my height is 5 feet 2inch. I am 28 years old and mother of a daughte. i have a tummy, very heavy thigh and hips  how can i reduce my weight anf sclupt my body. I am very depress about my weight gain

hi dear..u realy doin awsm job...wel my height is 5.3 n weight is 53 kg, my figure is fine but just my thighs are not in shape thy seems little heavy from both sides, hope to see from you son.tnx

I am 28 yrs old and a mother. I am 4feet  9 inches and 54 kgs. My problem areas are hips and abs.Please help and advise. I want to loose at least 6 kgs.
