Hi I am usaually in good health. Last month got a very nasty flue. Due to heavy menses before flue gave me a hard time getting better. Now after a month I still feel very low in energy. My legs hurt if I over walk and my face look as if I am 50 yrs not 38 yrs. Does someone know what I can do to purk up my energy. Thanks
