I have several new outfits that make me feel sexy, younger, beautiful. Some are jeans with just the right shoes, others are dressy dresses. Getting into clothes that fit me just right really puts me in a different frame of mind!

Thank you. I have a lot of clothes in my closet but some don't look good. I think it's better to wear a few outfits just to wear different clothes just to say you're wearing them. I used to until I figured it out.
I have some long skirts but they don't look good on me. I'm thinking of taking everything out I don't wear often in my closet and match my outfits so they're be perfectly coordinated and matched.

.Ps Everyone says that they dont like the taste, but you have to aquire it. After about a week it will taste better. Try mixing in a blender with ice. It fills you up more. Also, get the premixed in the cans, because you can over measure with the powdered stuff and get to many calories.

Slimfast, slimfast, slimfast! I went from a 13 to a 7 and i have 2 kids less than 2 years old. The trick is you have to boost your metabolism. Do 5 minutes more of an activity that really gets your heart pumping every day (I preferr dancing by myself in a locked room because I have NO rythm). Really! Just 5. That covers the exercise part of the slimfast instructions, and they make meal options that dont starve you. You do actually shrink your stomach after a couple days though which reduces your appetite. A big part of it is mentality too. I read an article about an experiment some doctors did: every factor was exzactly the same except half of the participents were told that their jobs were really good exercise. This half actually lost more weight! Imagine just because they believed! You just have to know that your going to, but for the record you are beautiful the way you are. I lost for my health, but my husband and I really do both believe that big is more beautiful.

I am a personal trainer with my own studio. I have boot camps and cardio classes 5 days a week. One of my clients said to me today that she feels she should be losing weight (as much as she works out) with out dieting. I told her NOT SO! You need to eat 6 small meals per day! Also you need to drink half of your body weight (in ounces) of water each day! No excuses!
No processed foods. If it walks, swims, flys, or comes out of the ground it is ok to eat!

No sugars. Eat nothing white. Don't drink sodas even if it's diet. If you have to drink a soda, have club soda. Don't drink more than half a cup of coffee a day. And eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. For dinner have veggies only...or veggies and meat like fish or chicken. The portion of meat should be no larger than your fist. Don't eat past 7PM. If you get hungry...go to sleep. You should keep a food journal (http://www.thedailyplate.com/) and read books about cooking healthy foods....read books about health. "The YOU Manual".
If you're 200+ lbs.....you'll see your weight drop within months. Don't forget to exercise....you'll feel great. Go to gym classes 3 times a week for an hour each time, even if you feel embarrassed at the moment to go. You'll see the weight come off and your confidence level will boost.
There's nothing else that will remedy your situation. It's all diet. You can exercise all the time and if you're diet sucks.....you won't be able to get healthier.
Go get a colonic. It feels odd but you'll be able to clean your pipes and feel different before you start this regimen. You'll drop a couple of pounds of baggage and feel good.
It's not about looking perfect...it's about being healthy. YOU CAN DO IT. Think yourself thin. Think about being healthy. And KNOW that you'll get to where you want to be.
