Getting Grounded On The Ground

The exercise I care the most about is dancing to my favorite tunes or to the videos, as well as walking at a moderate-to-fast pace. There is a park where I go to sometimes so I also run when I'm there. I run up the small bridge that spans over the small greenish-brown creek that is surrounded by pretty trees, the sky, grass, birdsongs and other sweet animals.

Snakes also preside there and that doesn't really bother me at all either.

The outdoors, nature, the smell of the air, and being away (somewhat) from the hustle/bustle of the city/suburban life—what more can you ask for? I think it's great to be there, whenever I allow myself to steal away. Time for just me to play, relax and recover my sanity.
