Long Walks On The Beach For Toning

I love to walk on the water's edge at the ocean. You can walk for miles and not even realize it, it is so relaxing with the sound of the waves crashing in. Also I look for interesting shells and sea glass. And another great tip is walking in the sand. It strengthens your leg muscles and also exfoliates the skin on the bottoms of your feet if you walk bare footed. If you like to help the environment you can take a bag and pick up trash along the way. Life is good at the beach.

There a few selected parks that are my favorite places to walk, an alternate area is my neighbor hood.  My favorite bike riding areas are Blackpoint Marina & the Deering Estates.
