My triggers seem to be boredom or intense conversations with my mother. To stave off the craving due to boredom, I get up and work out, take a walk, tackle a household chore, or at least find a video game to play and occupy my hands and mind. This way, my mind and body is occupied by something else so I'm less inclined to open the fridge or pantry and reach for those cookies or chips. To prevent the hankering for a snack when dealing with my mother, I take a few deep breaths and eat a spoonful of peanut butter. Not only does this provide me a little shot of protein to counter the sweet attack, but also I can't say anything to Mama I'll regret later since my mouth is stuck shut from the peanut butter, lol.

I also like peanut butter,
but it makes my stomach feel like im qoinq to vomit :S
It also makes my mouth super dry so im not a biq fan of peanut butter.

I only use KREMA peanut-butter. The ( ( INGREDIENTS: PEANUTS. ) )That's it Nothing else.
When I'm hungry and know I have a while for my Lunch or dinner I grab my jar of KREMA Peanut-butter and a teaspoon. The funny thing about it is my Parrot knows the jar and she wants some as well. So I give her hers first then I get mine and we sit and eat our KREMA Peanut-butter together. After I have ate some of the Peanut-butter I feel satisfied and don't want to grab the junk food. Then I know I can make it to my lunch or dinner and I'm ready to eat a sensible meal. KREMA Peanut butter Is the BEST Tasting Peanut butter I feel you can buy.
