A Week's Worth Of Soup

My healthy meal is a cup of soup (last night's vegetables and chicken stock) and a salad or fruit. The soup can last a week: Monday — vegetable soup, Tuesday add cooked chicken, Wednesday add new vegetables, Thursday add rice/noodles, Friday thicken soup and use it as 'chicken a'la king by putting it over a slice of whole wheat bread or whole wheat noodles.
