Working Out At Work

I always try to find little ways to burn more calories throughout the day. Not because I'm crazy and obsessed with burning calories when I'm not moving, but I think of it as a challenge. Can I squeeze my stomach really hard for 30 seconds? One minute? The more I do little things like this the more difference I see in my body. Calf raises while waiting online for lunch or squeezing my butt while sitting on the subway also helps. Best part? Nobody knows!
