Utkatasana
(Chair pose)

  1. Stand up straight with your feet together.
  2. Stretch your arms strongly over your head.
  3. Roll your shoulders back and lift your chest.
  4. Slowly bend your knees.
  5. Keep your heels firmly on the floor.
  6. Deepen the position.

Other benefits
Increases overall strength and endurance; strengthens tummy, thighs and back.

I usually do this as a part of circuit training of 10 reps 3 x
