- Stand up straight with your feet together.
- Stretch your arms strongly over your head.
- Roll your shoulders back and lift your chest.
- Slowly bend your knees.
- Keep your heels firmly on the floor.
- Deepen the position.

Increases overall strength and endurance; strengthens tummy, thighs and back.

I usually do this as a part of circuit training of 10 reps 3 x
